Easy anti cheat failing authentification

When I try to load up the game I get an error message saying, "The client is not running the anti-cheat, or has failed the anti-cheat authentication."

Have followed every youtube video, blog post, reddit, and forum and no solutions have worked. 

Something that is different from my case to the others is that I am missing an Easy anti cheat folder. I have easy anti cheat EOS but not the main one.

Have already uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
