Engine Error: Unknown file version (paks\Win64\pc_all.opt.starpak)

Delete the file that it is naming, and right click the game in "Game library" and select repair. 

It will download the most up to date file.

Wait wdym by "delete the file that it is naming" 

For me it says engine error

Unknown File versions (paks\Win64\patch_master.rpak)

I've searched all the files in apex and it has nothing about this
