Bro literally I cannot even launch apex on my ps5 the devs need to do something. We cannot just wait until the next patch update what’s that eeeks from now?

- go to saved data and game/app settings
- Under Saved data ps5 select upload of delete from console storage
- Select apex legends
- Delete
- Play

Ever since the recent update my games been crashing start after launch, although i tried on different accounts on the same console and it’s launching and I’m able to play without any issues, how can i fix this??

I also started a new account for EA and PlayStation 5 account and downloaded apex legends and it works perfectly fine just have to start all over again. I really hope apex fix’s this soon I’ve got a lot of hours invested in that game so definitely don’t want to lose anything off it

Ever since the update this morning wednesday may 13th the game will not run on my ps5 i’ve redownloaded it twice i’ve rebuilt the database of my console and it still crashes the instant i start it no other game is having this issue only apex legends

hello, you have to go into your cloud saved data settings and delete the file for apex. It will not affect your in game account.
