error code 0x887a0007 dxgi_error_device_reset when alt tabbing back into game

Hello I've been having having crashing problems in apex. I have a huge amount of time in the game an this has never happened before. a couple days ago I was playing and my computer froze fully without control alt deleting I had to turn off my computer and turn it back on then I updated my drivers and that fixed the freezing problem and now I have another problem as now I can load the game and get in now as I get in I can play the game but when I alt tab out and alt tab in my screen terns black then white then I get an error code 0x887a0007 dxgi_error_device_reset the device failed do to a badly formed command. this is a run time issue; the application should destroy and recreate the device. my specs are a 2070 super, i-7 9th gen and 16 gigs of ram
