Error code 100

Hello! I really wanna ask why i get the error code 100 randomly and what i can do about it? Cause when i looked it up it says its a server side problem but i dont think its the servers every day. I really wanna play and its annoying when the support says they gonna fix it but they dont and never will cause after all those chats ive had with em i didnt really get an answer. I tried change my dns and all stuff like that but its still not working. I get this code like 3-5 times a week and i beginning to get really mad. this game worked fine for me for like a year maybe longer and the last couple of weeks im only getting this error code. Playing on xbox.
