Error Code: 23

I am having the same problem, and I tried the things you said and I am still getting the "Error Code: 23" coming up whenever I try and lunch the game. Any other suggestions?

i am having trouble loading the game and not sure what to do next ?

I had this problem today - I found a fix to solve it 

1) Open up your control panel 
2) Open "Programs"
3) Open "Program and functions"

4) Find the program "microsoft visual c ++ 2017 x64"
5) Left click - then EDIT

6) Press repair

Now restart your computer - and it will work. 

This solved my problem though.

so it terns out repair the game then restart your pc/ laptop, it worked for me 🙂

I had the same problem. The fix for me was to go into my task manager and close all instances of apex legends and origins in both the processes tab and the details tab. Hope this helps!

This actually helped. In my case two of visual c++ redistributables needed repair for some odd reason. 

I re-insatall origin and apex but still showing error code 23
