Error Code CE-34878-0 only on Apex Legends

Hey @xLindsey27x,

It is definitely weird that it would only be happening with that specific account. Before this error code comes up are you seeing any of the performance icons popping up on the screen in-game?

@EA_Kent The game allows me to go into the loading screen, I can change the data center and accessibility on the loading screen. As soon as I continue, I dont get any performance icons and it automatically gives me an error code.

Ah, I see. So this is happening before you can actually get into the lobby. Do you have more than one PSN ID connected to the same EA Account?
