Ring closing challenge not tracking, EA can’t do anything to help me
I’ve honestly run out of options at this point. The “ring closing” challenge is completely bugged for me. It was once showing progress (4/30), then randomly reset to 0/30 and now it doesn’t track at all — no matter what I do. I’ve tried: Being inside the next ring early Doing it multiple times per match Different legends / modes Reinstalling the game Playing on different days after updates Nothing works. I’ve already contacted EA support multiple times and all I get is “it’s a server issue” with no actual solution. No fix, no timeline, nothing. Just stuck. Because of this, I literally can’t complete the challenge and it blocks my progress. I’ve also posted on forums, Reddit, Discord — zero response or follow-up. Feels like this issue is just being ignored. Is ANYONE else still stuck with this bug? Has anyone actually found a workaround or fix? Hi, I play Apex Legends on PS5, and my friend plays on Nintendo Switch 2. Recently, my Switch 2 friend gets disconnected from Ranked matches at a very high rate and is sent back to the lobby with a "Cannot connect to server" message. Details of the issue: - When we queue for Ranked together, my Switch 2 friend frequently gets kicked back to the lobby while I successfully enter the match. - This results in me starting the match short-handed (2-player squad instead of 3). - The Switch 2 player’s Ranked points do NOT decrease and they receive NO penalty when disconnected. - This means the bug could potentially be exploited — the remaining players face no RP loss risk. - The issue happens at a high rate in Ranked, but occasionally occurs in other modes as well, with no clear pattern. - A workaround that sometimes helps: restarting the game, or entering the Firing Range and returning to the lobby before queuing again. However, this does not always work. - The common factor is always crossplay between PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2. We believe this is a crossplay-related bug specific to PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2. Hello, The game freezes right after the match. Mostly, it freezes during the countdown. Sometimes it freezes right after the jump (Trio). It happens so many times (Trio, mixtapes, and bot royal). It has been continued since season 23. I have to close a game. because I can do nothing. Then restart Apex. Sometimes I can return to a match. But I can't return to a match many times. And I got a penalty. I did … restart switch, clear cache, data organization, redownload, check for corrupted data (no corrupted data was found) switch. Hi, I’m experiencing a matchmaking problem on Apex Legends for Nintendo Switch 2. I linked my EA account, which I had used some time ago on Android, and it seems my progress synced correctly. The issue is that whenever I try to join an online match, the game shows “Players in queue: 1” and never finds a match, even after waiting several minutes. I’m using my smartphone’s 5G hotspot connection, which works perfectly fine with other games on Switch 2, like Mario Kart World. Ive been Playing on Nintendo Switch since season 18. Recently since around season 23 The game has been Making it where whenever I join a ranked match It will Freeze as soon as I Join the match. Which I have to proceed to try and close the game. It will take a while and crash the game.
