I got back in the game after 2 years, now my progress is lost (Switch)
I wanted to hop back into Apex Legends through the Switch, because this is where I first played the game. I played for 300+ hours in total around 2021-ish and stopped playing for a while. I'm using the same email for the Nintendo Account and the EA Account. I have linked my EA to Steam prior, and they're all using the same email. When I installed the game again on Switch, it asked me to link my EA Account, and now all my progress is lost and I'm reset to Level 1. I read that there's a bug where account progress resets? I'm not sure if my account was affected. But my Nintendo Switch stats do reflect that I've been playing for an extended period of time. Is there any way to retrieve my progress?Cross-play rank problem
On Nintendo Switch, my rank was Bronze. Then, when I connected through GeForce NOW, it showed Rookie. After reconnecting to the Switch, it went back to Bronze. I reported this bug, but I was told to write it here. Normally, the data is shared, so I’m wondering—was it just by chance that it didn’t sync properly today, or are they actually separate data sets? I don’t understand the meaning, so please explain.
Nintendo Switch - Consistent Game Crash
Hi, so I’m playing on the switch and periodically (every half hour - hour) the game crashes as I load into a match. This means I have to kill it and restart in order to get back into the match only half the time it doesn’t work so I just get a matchmaking penalty. When this starts hap it seems to just create a manual boot loop just to try and play the game. I genuinely couldn’t tell you what’s wrong with it despite being somewhat of a tech guy I’m just hoping it’s not so simple as a hardware error. That being the console is too old.I just can't play anymore
Hello, so, the last time I've played was 1 year ago. Why ? Because I have a bug that justs stops me from doing anything I have a child account, on a Switch 2 (The bug started on the first One) and 1 year ago, I launched the game like everyday, only to be welcomed by a text saying I have to connect an adult email adress to the account. Everything's normal for now, but when I try to put an email adress, it leads me to a blank page. I can't type nor do anything. It's just horrible, and I hope there's some way to resolve that
APEX cannot be launched on Nintendo Switch child account
When I start APEX on the Switch, it says that the parent needs to authenticate the account, so I go to Start Authentication and enter the parent's email address, but I can't enter anything, let alone do anything. Please tell me how to solve this. I've been able to start it up until now, but when I tried to start it up for the first time in a while, this happened. It seems that many other people are having the same problem. If it's a system problem, I hope they fix it as soon as possible.Banned for no reason
I haven't been able to log into my game in tow months. At fist, the live support agent told me is was a mistaken ban and asked me to wait for ten days. Ten days later, When i contacted support agent, They told me they were repairing the system as quickly as possible and asked me to wait longer. At the beginning, There was no ban record at all, But after a months and a half, a ban record suddeny appeared. Then ban reason says that I violated their gameplay enhancement rules, But I have nvere used any cheats or third party software. This year, I have already been banned twice, and both time it happened right after I purchased the battle pass. I submitted appeals, and all of them were denied. plz unblock this quickly. This is unfair.
