Hi, I’m experiencing a matchmaking problem on Apex Legends for Nintendo Switch 2. I linked my EA account, which I had used some time ago on Android, and it seems my progress synced correctly. The issue is that whenever I try to join an online match, the game shows “Players in queue: 1” and never finds a match, even after waiting several minutes. I’m using my smartphone’s 5G hotspot connection, which works perfectly fine with other games on Switch 2, like Mario Kart World. My connection details are: Ping: around 57 ms NAT type: B (moderate) Stable 5G download/upload speeds Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be because I started playing on Android and now I’m on Switch 2 with the same account? Or could it be a server/data center issue or compatibility problem (I tested many no results). Ive been Playing on Nintendo Switch since season 18. Recently since around season 23 The game has been Making it where whenever I join a ranked match It will Freeze as soon as I Join the match. Which I have to proceed to try and close the game. It will take a while and crash the game. As the title suggests, every time I load into a game (before the character select screen) the game freezes, crashes, and when I restart it, I get stuck with an increasing abandon penalty, despite it being no fault of my own. Genuinely irritating. Playing on Nintendo Switch OLED, and I'm now up to a ten minute penalty despite trying to play a game. Your penalty system needs fixed to be able to tell the difference between a purposeful disconnect and a freeze/crash. I’m playing on the Switch 2 version. When entering Alter’s or Wraith’s portal or the Void, I believe enemies are normally highlighted in red, but this does not happen for me. There used to be a similar bug on PS5, which seems to have been fixed, but I am still struggling with this issue. I’ve heard that on PS5 it can depend on performance mode settings, but since the Switch 2 version doesn’t even have a performance mode option, I have no idea what to do.
