Event progression stuck

For like 2 weeks now I've completed almost every daily challange and my progression is stuck on 3000 points, and didn't even get the event pack for reaching 3000.... Does anyone have any fixes or are the devs working on it? I really don't want to miss out on any of the rewards, but I should have completed it by now...
