I have reached 5500 points for the anniversary rewards but I realized the items are not checked and for the past two days I can not progress and it will not give me my rewards. There is no point in playing if I can't get the stuff I earned and it isn't going to progress either way. I have tried on steam, EA app, and console and they are all stuck. I even reinstalled apex and that didn't help either

I just started experiencing this problem yesterday. Stuck at 4,000 points and didn't even receive the Newcastle skin. I hope they can fix this soon as there's only 10 days left of the event and I wanted to get the rewards.

I have the same issue, I am stuck at 3000 points, the event pack on 3000 points is not even ticked although I got it and since then I am not progressing for many days. It is annoying as there are less and less days left to finish this event and nobody seems to care about this issue.
I actually complete the event points at 6,000, but no final banner or valk skin and that is saying 32/34.
Ditto here. Stuck at 3000 points, not receiving the event pack, not getting any progress despite completing event challenges either.
