it continuously shows "Matchmaking " or "1 Player in Queue."
I haven't played Apex for about two months. Five days ago, I returned to the game, but I am unable to enter any matches, whether it's ranked games or the firing range. It always shows "1 Player in Queue." I have checked my account, and there are no ban records. I have tried everything: changing network settings, clearing the cache, even reinstalling the game, and switching server regions, but the problem persists. However, when I switch to another account, I can match normally. Additionally, my friend logged in on another computer and also couldn't enter a match, as it continuously showed "Matchmaking in Progress." I have contacted EA support three times, but they couldn't resolve the issue. I even emailed the technical team, but after four days, there has been no progress, and I still can't enter the game.
By the way, I used to be a PS5 player, but I have since sold my PS5 and planned to play on PC. However, this issue occurred. Please help me.
