Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

So I have been falsely banned  in Apex legends, I'm a day 1 player with more than 3000 hours in the game, reached masters twice, s12 and s19 (not counting s17..) usually just diamond..The other day while in the middle of a match (platinum 2 I believe) I get banned, I'm shocked, I have never cheated and deeply despise the use of cheats in multiplayer games.

I have been playing countless of games, many EA/battlefields (bf2, 3, BC2, 4, V, 1, now 6)  also battlefront 2, with a perfect trackrecord, not to mention other games like Counter strike 2, rainbow 6 siege, PUBG, never cheated or got banned. 

2 appeals were refused I'm on the third one..

Literally 2 minutes before it happened, it was on World's edge, we were coming from epicenter side near the railway, a team was on top of streamer building and I was using the triple take, I took two shots at them and hit multiple headshots, back to back.. I thought "hey nice". I hit 2 of them, perhaps even all 3.. I'm not sure, they were all stacked together so I got kind of lucky. 

It didn't strike me right away but now that I think about it, it's probably what caused  the EAC to detect something strange, that said after an appeal they should notice it?? 

This type of thing must happen quite often I'm sure amongst the thousands and thousands of games the occur every day.

I'm also sad that I'm not recording my gameplay as I would be able to prove I'm not lying..

Also, why would I risk my 3000hr account, with nearly 5k apex coins that I have saved, nearly 50k materials, I have finally used my heirloom shards a few days ago for the first time (I had 300) on the get 2 heirloom for 1 offer.

Anyways this is very frustrating and embarassing so I hope I do get unbanned eventually, I looked up online and it seemed to have happened to a few people and in 2 different post they got unbanned so I'm hopeful..

Also I have heard there is a new update to the anticheat : An Update from the Anti Cheat Team - Auto Aim Manipulation | EA Forums - 13546823

I think there will be many false positive bans due to this as my ban coincide perfectly, it was 8 july. ..just a feeling.

I'm making this post so people who have been falsely banned can also post, I'm sure I'm not alone. 

I'm on mouse and keyboard by the way not controller and I'm using a glorious gaming model O 2 mini, which I changed arround 12 days ago due to a RMA. 

I have read in a post some guy said he suspect that it may be linked to the peripheral software he's using, like steelseries GG, logitech hub, razer synapse etc. 

Mine is called Glorious core and I only changed the DPI and the polling rate.

By the way I don't use any macros or scripts or whatever..nothing, needless to say.

I had microsoft edge open with adblock plus, some VPN software (cyberghost) and possibly afterburner (can't remember for sure on that one but I did mention it in the appeal) I know that the overlay can trigger stuff sometimes but I'm not using it for the overlay, the in game one is more than enough for FPS, I'm using it for GPU overclocking, oh and kaspersky antivirus, that's about it.

One thing I would like to complain about is the lack of details on the ban, it just says "gameplay enhancement" that's very vague.. 

Also not being able to talk to someone.. in the case of an appeal, this is a serious issue, you should be able to live chat with someone so he can ask questions, even on the phone.. or at the very least email discussion. 

So yea, I really hope it will get reverted soon..I want to mention that since this issue is related to Easy Anti Cheat, I'm a bit affraid to play games like Arc raiders or Battlefield 6 now, whatever flaw there is, might cause me to get ban there aswell since they use EAC..I even sent a bug report to the Arc raiders support to let them know about the issue I'm having in Apex just in case..
