Falsley banned account

Hello Apex Legends Support Team,

I am writing to you regarding a recent ban I received from Apex Legends for alleged involvement in cheating. I would like to explain my situation and request that you reconsider my case, as I value the game immensely and would never intentionally cheat in Apex Legends.

The day I was banned, I had been using a cheat program for another game, DayZ. I suspect that my ban in Apex may have been triggered by having that program installed, even though I never started or used any cheats for Apex. I believe it was the cheat loader that led to my ban, and I want to make it clear that there was no Apex-related cheat involved at all.

I also have proof of purchase showing that the cheat I bought was specifically for DayZ and not for Apex Legends. I have always been against cheating in any game, and I deeply regret using cheats in DayZ. I understand that it was a mistake, and I want to emphasize that cheating is never acceptable in any game.

It has now been a few weeks since I was banned, but I still think about it every single day. Apex Legends has been a big part of my life, especially over the past year. The game has helped me get through some very tough times, and it has meant a lot to me, both personally and as a player. I’ve invested over 2000 hours and a significant amount of money into the game. Losing access to my account has been devastating, and I sincerely hope you can give me a chance to return.

I also want to add that I have completely removed any cheat-related software from my computer, and I no longer have anything of that nature installed. My focus now is entirely on playing fairly and continuing to improve in Apex Legends.

I have been working hard to reach a professional level in Apex, scrimming regularly and aiming to compete seriously. I would be grateful if I could continue that journey and prove that I am fully committed to the game.

    yes but sadly ive gotten the final decicion and they dont answer anymore

    Unfortuantely if they've made their final decision, we can't overrule that. They're the only team with the power to overturn bans, and if they've come to the conclusion that it was justified then there's nothing more I can recommend.
