Freeze on load screen

and yes - I have done all of these:
Xbox One
- Perform a power cycle: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
- Deleted the local saved data. From My Games & Apps>Highlight Apex Legends>Press Start>Manage Game>Deleted Saved Data
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot
- Reinstall the game (if it is on an external hard drive try installing it on the internal drive)

exactly the same for me. i have trouble shot the steps above too has made no diffetence. all my banners are unanimated. its very random sometimes i can play two ot three games before i encounter a freeze other times its after every game. xbox one. unranked battle royal.
@EA_Atic [yes - i use an animated banner. I will change that and let you know any noticeable performance. ] thx
@EA_Atic Frequency of freeze on load screen has greatly diminished after elimination of animated pose/banner. I don't know if this is directly tied to this or something else done by EA on the backend but it has improved. Still crashes ocaisionallly on load screen and after completing a win.
