Friend request not showing

Can we try running through some other troubleshooting steps to see if we can help fix this? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still having trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.

Hey I’m also having issues with cross platform friends and I’ve done everything I can from creating a new account to uninstalling but still cant add my friends on apex

  Hi I’m also dealing with friend issues but it’s on Nintendo ..when I click on add friends I can find their usernames but they don’t receive requests and I don’t either and at the bottom of the friends tab it says their are privacy settings that are affecting this but I don’t know what they are and I have tried changing the ones on my account but it has done nothing ..please help me with this as it is very frustrating.
