Have you had the chance to try playing since the update earlier today? Is it still crashing afterward?
Since the update on July 27, I can't log in to the game in the Internet cafe, but I can log in freely on my laptop at home. So far, I've seen that many people have the same problem as me. When I click to log in to the game, the little blue bear loading page pops up, and after reading the bar, I automatically return to the cycle of clicking to start the game interface. This problem has lasted for 4 days, I think this is a very serious and extensive system problem, and I hope to fix it as soon as possible
There are two separate issue (which started as separate threads) but both were merged into this single thread, which is producing confusion when people post potential fixes.
Crash 60 seconds in without an error code - this is the issue @EA_Kent initially responded to.
Inability to launch - This is the issue @EA_David initially responded to.
Can you disambiguate the thread? (Obviously if you’re busy on the fix stay on that.)
If not, when each of us post a solution it would be useful to note which issue we are solving.
