Game Lagging

Hello , i am having issues with playing apex. Everytime i start the game every server i try has over 150-400 ping. I checked my internet connection & i have 100% signal strength on my ps5. Are the servers just super laggy today or is there something wrong with my playstation/wifi. I tried restarting my ps5 , i deleted apex & downloaded it again  , i even changed the DNS server & nothing is working. Anything would help to resolve this issue.
