Apex legends crashing
Im having an issue with apex, i cant seem to q for a game, i similar issue before where it would give me this code in the start up at the main menu. And i fixed it by putting a code in the launch options, and that worked for a while, but now im having and issue where i cant load into games i get to the menu search for a game and then it crashed, and this seemse to happen when apex gives me a big update to download i seem to not be able to play the game, what should I do i tried a few different options like clearing the shader cache, a new code in the lauch options but none of them seem to work

hi there, i have been playing apex since release and have only just started having this issue since august 10th, when i load into apex my usual server before was southeast 1 it was pre selected being the australian server and was usually predicted to be 6 to 17 ping or ms with no packet loss and no problems to date. now when i open apex my pre determined server is ap - southeast 2 with around 40 to 60 ping / ms and south east 1 has moved to around the 6th spot on the list with around a average of 300 ping / ms. i have verified files i have deleted re downloaded i have changed to my hotspot opened the game on my ps5 unplugged my wifi router, hard reset it and everything of a sort i havent moved i have no vpns so i can not understand why this has happened it has made it so that i cannot play with my friends because on our usual server i have 300 ping and lag freeze constantly and when i host they are unable to load into the matches and when they do they in turn have 300 ping. i have tried to change accounts and even still i have the same issue. this problem is effectively completely stopping my ability to play apex and i can not get into contact with ea to help get a solution or a fix.Code:Tap
The new split is here, and we were told that the issues were being investigated/fixed, but the exact same problem is still happening. I played ONE Ranked match and immediately got Code:Tap again. This has been happening repeatedly, and I’ve already reported it numerous times. At this point, restarting the game, checking files, changing data centers, etc. clearly isn’t solving the problem. The issue keeps coming back in Ranked. Please acknowledge this as an ongoing issue and provide an actual update on what is being done to fix it. It’s extremely frustrating to lose access to ranked after just one match because of Code:Tap.
SA servers
Hi, I don't know if I'm the only one, but for a couple of weeks now I haven't been able to play on the Brazil servers, and playing at over 200ms on the NA servers is becoming really frustrating. Is there a solution to this, or what could the problem be? I'm located in Argentina. The main menu shows 30ms, but that changes once I'm in the game. I hope someone can help me out, because I don't want to stop playing due to this server issue.Packet loss on rankeds
I’ve been getting packet loss just in ranked matches for now reason every 4-5 games it comes and sometimes goes for like 3 games in a row and it’s unplayable I check my internet connection and it’s always good, I’ve tried some other games and I never get any internet issues it’s just on rankeds I checked on other forums to see if there’s more people with the same issue and there’s a lot of people with this issue and I can’t find any solutions to this please fix itAPEX LEGENDS/EA please help me!
I was going to buy the crimson universal pack and I bought 6,700 thousand apex coins and I bought 17 of them and and when I needed to buy 2 or 3k more apex coins I tried to buy it but it didn't go trough so I kept buying it hoping it would work but it kept saying that it didn't work and then the shop refreshed and now I wasted 6.700 thousand coins on the herilom pack but didn't even have time to buy the last pack. So I spent almost all of my money to get to the last pack, but I didn't even get to buy them because of technical difficulties at apex legends which made it so I couldn't buy the pack. I either want my money back or something in compensation like 150 heirloom shards or maybe even 300 because it was going to work originaly but because apex didnt work, i technicaly lost a bunch of my Money because of a glitch and it wasn't cause of the heriloom event ending it Was simply because it didn't let me buy the packs.
FPS drop from 180 -> 80 fps going down for 3 seconds
I have massive drop from 180 -> 80 fps going down for 3 seconds than going back at 180fps going on for 3 weeks I didn't had any issue before just right now after one update I think and got my fps spiked down doesnt matter what map and I updated drivers everything is good but I have this issue for so long can't contact support because ea ai is making me so mad please helpAbandon game penalty after lagging out.
First of all can we talk about how EA and respawn have absolutely no form of direct communication for customer service? I cannot fathom how a company that just sold for 50 BILLION, has no support team. Strategic for sure. Just pure money extraction at its finest. So I lagged out of a game of ranked for the 709th time and surprise surprise I can’t rejoin the match and there’s an abandon game penalty. Except it waits 15 minutes to give me the penalty. So a penalty that shouldn’t exist in the first place is now more than doubling my wait time. Now my only option is venting to a useless message board where nothing ever gets accomplished. I hate it here.
ME Servers
Dear EA team, I live in the UAE and I used to play the game on ME servers with about 30ms ping, the ME servers have been down for like 6 months now, Im forced to play ap or eu servers with +120-150ms ping and with packet loss some times I’m actually thinking about quitting the game because in this movement-heavy game there is no place for people with high ping. please fix ME servers or make a new one close to us because we are having a really bad experience.
