When I first looked into it, it said that an email would arrive within 5 to 10 days, but no matter how long I waited, it never came. I also sent a message to their support, but there was no reply, so I got worried and sent the same message several times. The previous message still remained even after 10 days, so perhaps it hadn't been sent?How long do I have to wait to receive a response to my appeal? ever since the update of the 4th of march 2026 I've been experiencing a immense amount of packet loss making the game unplayable. as a way to try and fix the issue myself I've done the following: port forwarded all UDP and TCP ports repaired easy anti cheat (i get the currency constantly loading bug along with "failed anti cheat authentication error as well") repaired the game files allowed all executables relating to apex legends though the windows firewall set apex legends and the easy anti cheat as administrator tried multiple different data centers changed my backup and preferred DNS disabled and or paused devices on my network uninstalled or disabled background applications used TCPOptimizer and finally ran a speed test using google to see if it is just my internet but spoilers it is NOT my internet I will provide a gameplay video and a screenshot of my internet speed test as well as the anti cheat authentication error https://youtu.be/RbTqcbASd88High io and packet loss
Can’t play apex at all, high io and packet loss is causing a lot of issues. Not just my pc but 2 others in my home and my neighbor, I’ve reinstalled windows,deleted apex,switched from ea to steam, changed Ethernet cable, reset internet through cmd. Turned off modem for 1 hour. Did all updates checked everything and still can’t play. I’m not sure if it’s xfinity or ea servers I’m on east USA. Pc itself is fresh build 2 months old and had no problems up until 3 weeks ago. Specs x870e pro mb,r9 9950x3d,64gb ddr5 6000,rtx 5070TI. Hi there, I am an Apex Legends player based in Europe but I am currently facing a very strange issue because the game only shows me North American servers in the data center list. I play the game exclusively through Steam and I want to clarify that I am not using any kind of VPN or proxy service that could interfere with my connection. This problem is strictly limited to Apex Legends since all my other multiplayer games work perfectly and correctly identify my European location without any lag. My Apex account has no ban record on the official website, but whenever I enter the game and click to log in to the main interface, the game automatically returns to the login interface within less than a minute, displaying "The game account in the client has been banned" or "The client is not running the anti-cheat system, or anti-cheat verification failed". My account was banned two years ago due to being hacked after not being logged in for many years. At that time, I appealed and had the ban lifted. However, it seems that my in-game account is still in a banned state, and there are no ban records on the official website for me to appeal. How can I troubleshoot or contact customer service to clear my account data? Hi there, I’m experiencing severe and consistent packet loss, but only when playing Apex Legends and only when the game connects me to EA’s anti-DDoS protected servers. After extensive testing, this does not appear to be a local network issue. It looks like a routing or peering problem between Xfinity and EA’s infrastructure. Connection details: Platform: PlayStation 5 (wired via Ethernet) NAT Type: Open (Type 2) Latency: Typically 30 to 40 ms Advanced Security: Disabled on the gateway What I’m seeing: Apex runs normally when connected to standard servers When the game connects to protected servers (identified by the “home plate” icon), I get 50 percent or more incoming packet loss Outgoing packet loss remains at 0 percent Server choke is 0, so the issue is not with server capacity Gameplay symptoms: Heavy rubberbanding and prediction errors Unplayable matches from start to finish Consistent problem across multiple games and times of day Important context: Console is hardwired, not on Wi-Fi Multiple Ethernet cables tested Gateway fully rebooted No port blocking or firewall conflicts Other games play without issue and speed tests show stable results Traceroutes to EA servers show normal latency and routing, but they do not reflect the UDP packet loss Apex experiences The issue seems tied to when I’m routed through EA’s anti-DDoS protected servers, and that’s where I see packet loss on Xfinity.
