My apex account was banned for no reason

Question

I'm a green player. All of my in-game purchases were within the standard, and I did not cheat in the game. The official ban on me made me very confused and angry. I have appealed twice, only to fail. This result is unacceptable to me. A green player who truly loves the game is treated the same as a cheating player, which makes me feel deeply disappointed in the game authorities. Therefore, I applied for the second time after the first complaint failed, and the result of the second time was the same as that of the first time. Everything is about cause and effect, and your reasons in my forbidden history have no content, which in itself is a very ridiculous situation. Moreover, I want to talk to your tos team, I can prove that I did not cheat, if time permits, I can prove it online; But can you come up with proof that I cheated, which game it was, and when can you come up with relevant videos or screenshots?
