game license is invalid

Game license is invalid.

The app couldn't read the game's license file, so we suggest relaunching the game in online mode. If the problem continues, try clearing your cache.

Keep getting this error and the game wont start.

Tried to :
1) reinstall game

2) reinstall ea app

3) clear cache of ea app

4) fix vc runtime

5) update windows (currently win10 21h2 with all patches installed)

still not working

6) make sure the ea app is online and network is fine

Still not fixed.

can anyone help?

    @fftryinghard i have this problem too, tried everything, even the ea support couldnt help me. im sick of this ea app. why cant i play the game a PAID FOR WITH MY MONEY its so annoying. please, is there someone who knows what to do ? TT

    hi!
    I have had a problem with a different game, but this might help you: 

    1. Ensure that both the EA app and Steam are closed.
    2. Press the Windows key and "R" simultaneously on your keyboard.
    3. Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotation marks) into the newly opened window and press ENTER.
    4. Move the "License" folder to your desktop.
    5. Restart your PC and check if the changes have resolved the issue.
