Re: [PlayStation] Error CE-108255-1 or crashing at login after the update

This problem has been occurring since May 28 of 2026. Every time I launch the game it won’t open and it gives me the code CE-108255 I have contacted PlayStation and they say that it is EA issue How do I get to playing Apex again?

    Hey Pdawg303​

    If you haven't already, please try the following steps to see if the error persists: 

    1. Go to PS4 Settings > Application Saved Data Management
    2. Select Saved Data in System Storage 
    3. Choose Apex Legends
    4. Delete those files
