Gameplay issues

I am having video issues with the game and I was wondering if I need a better processor or graphic card.

I'm currently running:

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.50GHz

Installed RAM: 8GB (6.93 GB Usable)

Are my computer Specs capable of playing and maybe just install more RAM since it requires 8GB and I only have 6.93 available?
