@Pangiaza The Apex Legends forums is mainly for players helping other players.

I would go to help.ea for support from someone at EA who's job it is to provide tech support. Even though we have community managers here on the forums, their jobs are mainly to moderate posts and to pass suggestions, bugs, etc. off to the dev team. They're separate from the support team you're looking for. (Which is also why they cannot help you with bans, even in the DMs. They are not the team that handles that either and also privacy reasons).

I know contacting EA at help.ea is a bit tricky, (and sometimes it just redirects you back here), but I think that's just because of the time of day, the number of cases they receive from every player, and whether or not there's a support agent available.

To contact help.ea:

1) Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

2) Sign in to your EA account

3) Select "Apex Legends" as the game you need support for

4) Type in what you need help with or select a question from the list it provides

- I've found one that says, "I need help getting my game to work", found here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us/?product=apex-legends&topic=game-performance
- At the time of checking, it only lists a help article that isn't properly loading, (issue on EA's end)
