Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I have now had two account banned within the span of a week for gameplay enhancement and I don't understand why. One account is what i use to use when i had a pc 5-10 years back. Neither has any penalty history outside of the ones i got this week after the latest update. I don't use any third party software to enhance gameplay and the only possible third party software that could be the cause of this is signal rgb which i use to  manage my well RGB. In the PC I Built. I have been playing on this PC since April with no issues. I use mouse and keyboard. On my main account which is at level 300+ i reached plat which isn't a high rank but all that progress was wiped thanks to the ban and they don't give an actual explanation as to what exactly i did. I don't use a controller i use mouse and keyboard and spend time the the practice range trying to improve. After that account was banned I managed to sign into and link my PlayStation account to a different steam account. Everything was going well. Then i reached Bronze 1 just an hour ago. Went to queue up for another match and got banned again same reason gameplay enhancement. I fail to understand how i enhanced my gameplay since when in the practice range my accuracy hovers around 20%-50% depending on which weapon i use. Is anyone able to explain why i got banned when I'm not hacking. I'm learning to tap strafe now but even that I'm not all too good at so what possible reason is there.
