Hey @Luci_FerZoL , try to run games as admin. In apex legends may the start command "-high" (without ") will help. Playing in fullscreen mode is important, too.
@Sick1Click I did it all but not work.I do a lot of thinga such as use malwarebytes to clean virus, windows update, reinstall nvidia driver, ccleaner but all not work.
@Luci_FerZoLHm okay, wired. Could you please upload your dxdiag here? What do the temperatures look like when playing?

@Sick1Click The problem occurs every one to two months ,last time idk why the problem automatically gone in two weeks .Also it can not switch smoothly in website page and game
Did you connect your screen at your graficcard? Looks like you connected your screen at the mainboard, at the onboard grafic. Please check that.
#EDIT:
Wait, its a notebook. But for some reason i cant see activity at your graficcard. Second, its hard to read for me because its not in english :D
I'll recommand you to make a clean GPU deinstall with DUU and install the newst driver, this could resolv it.
Search for "DDU uninstaller", boot into safe mode and run it. please check the advanced option "prevent downloads..." like in my picture, to make sure windows is not installing automaticly his own driver.
@Sick1Click I uninstalled and reinstall my nvidia graphics card but doesn't work
