High and Inconsistent ping in Ranked Apex Legends

I play on the Bahrain servers on a ps5, and I live in Oman. As of late, I have been getting inconsistent and high ping in ranked. I should be getting 20 ping, and that's what it tells me I would get ...

Same here, while playing from UAE. The Bahrain server shows 18ms. When i connect to pubs there is no players or when it connects i get 129ms -280ms. When i play rank i get the least ping as 130ms and the higher is 300ms.
