High and Inconsistent ping in Ranked Apex Legends

I play on the Bahrain servers on a ps5, and I live in Oman. As of late, I have been getting inconsistent and high ping in ranked. I should be getting 20 ping, and that's what it tells me I would get ...

hey, i’m from oce (australia servers) and should be on 20 ping but when on the performance mode on console (120 fps) i get constant rubber-banding etc but when i switch to 60 fps (balanced mode) it goes away its the servers issue and unfortunately there’s nothing we can about it apart from keep leaving comments under their posts on twitter and instagram to fix it so they know and hopefully they fix it on wednesday
