@ZeMooKhajiit APEX has always had an unusually high processing load compared to other games, and CPU temperatures often jump.
However, in your case, the problem is probably on the PC side.
Either the CPU fan is not functioning well, or the CPU grease has dried out and is no longer making sense.

It makes no sense because it doesn't go over 75C with anything else. Only Apex.
It sits cool, the fans are working, he had the thermal paste replaced mid-last year and his entire PC serviced to ensure the CPU and everything was working fine. Even has it sitting in a cool room with fans on near it.
It only. does. the. increase. in. temps. with. Apex.
