High Ping and Freezes Only on Apex Legends Despite Stable Internet

I’ve been experiencing very high ping (800–1000ms) and freezes while playing Apex Legends. The game often gets stuck on the map loading screen or after a match ends.

This issue only happens with Apex — other online games work perfectly. My internet is stable, and even EA support confirmed there’s no issue on my ISP’s side.

I also tried Cloudflare WARP, VPNs, and even switched to mobile hotspot — Apex worked fine temporarily on mobile data, but after some time, the same problem started happening there too.

My PC is also powerful and more than capable of running the game smoothly, so the issue is clearly not hardware-related.

This clearly points to a routing or server-side issue between my ISP and Apex’s European servers (like Frankfurt or Amsterdam).

Please investigate or escalate this, as I know other players in my region are experiencing the same.
