High ping

Boot up the game, instantly have high ping and packet loss. When every match starts the high ping icon displays in the top right of the screen. Shows up every now and then during the match. The match does not feel smooth. Playing on PC and have mid-high range hardware. I have AT&T fiber optic 1G internet connected via ethernet cable. All hardware and windows are up to date. I tried various hardware tests and found no issues. NAE servers. This has been going on for 2 months and have yet to find a resolution.
