Apex Legends Crashing Issue
Hi there. My game crashes every time I play lifeline in Ranked Matches. My cpu+gpu drivers and windows are updated to the latest version and I reinstalled the game too but it still crashes. I attached a few screenshots but can't upload the dump file that's showing in the screenshot. If any advisors are there can you give me the option to contact with you guys. Hey, I have never written one of these before. I’ve been having this problem since yesterday- I believe the EA servers crashed at some point. It wasn’t just me who is experiencing this. The Problem comes in where now I am the only one experiencing it still. I was told to reset apex (which I did) where I would be promoted to re-sign into EA Account, (I have not received that message) I reset my PlayStation, Switched my DSN, Unplugged the PlayStation, reset my modem, updated my apex legends, signed out of my PSN signed back in, uninstalled the game reinstalled, and even logging in on a different PSN. I have input delay on ps5 when i move it feelss. So slow and also when i try to aim its not exactly when i want to put my cursor to aim .. I have very good internet 180hz monitor 1ms no downloads i tried literally everything , the other games are very smooth no delay Only apex legends and thats the only game i playRequesting for Indian Servers
I would like to let you know it's a very bad situation for players from India who are trying to compete and reach higher ranks for I mean players who solo-Q in the rank. You put them against players who are either 3 stacking or 2 stacking already playing at 40-60 ping whereas we players from India play on minimum ping of 110-130. How can a person compete with that even if you are strategizing or whatever ultimately this game comes to gunfight you simply can't react to that. To be honest there are ample number of players from India now who are playing Apex Legends dedicatedly. If we can play in their server, why can't they play on our server, why such a disparity exists between us. There is a me -south server which remain unused, and no one plays on it so why can't it replaced as Indian servers is there any problem to it. It's not like we are taking away servers from the middle eastern players. There are players from Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri-Lanka as well who play apex legends now. We also want to enjoy the game where we can confidently go on for a gunfight without worrying about the ping or the lag. People get stuck in the platinum rank just because the servers aren't available and there is connection issue, and we can't do anything about it, but you can. So, it's a big request to all of EA and Respawn to try to give us a server for 1 season or 2 just to check the current scenario.9Views0likes0CommentsApex performance issues and the consequences thereof.
Can someone please answer (without using copy and paste from a script) the following: Why do I have to reboot my console whilst on mixtape as soon as the mode changes? For several seasons I have had much difficulty being able to play your game. Everytime the mixtape mode changes to the next gaming mode, such as TDM to Control, as soon as switching to the game start “ players joining” screen, the game completely crashes. It takes 30 seconds to force quit the app, and 98% of the time I get code:cloud and then an abandonment penalty. Currently, I’m getting nothing but 20 minute penalties. My rig is solid. 2 month old Nintendo Switch OLED. internet is gigabit fibre optics just performance tested ( for the 18th time now) by the ISP. Ethernet connection to console as well as wifi 6 app purged and freshly reinstalled after the last patch. all troubleshooting steps done on my end. This is not MY problem. Everything points to you guys. To avoid this, I usually have to reboot the console between modes. This however is only successful 80% of the time. I am completely serious that this issue has been happening even well before you switched to AWS servers. I have made several posts regarding this. My posts have been ignored even when others have shared the same concern. I really would like an answer to this question. Failing that can we please just do away with the abandonment penalties? hello. recently i have this problem and it keeps going forever and not loading even after hours. these are the things i did and i want a new solution. reinstalled apex and EA app running as admin repaired both EA app and Apex cleared cache safe boot windows uninstalled newly installed apps tried both vpn and dns run sfc scan and windows updated graphic driver updated DX and VC both installed again. any more solution?26Views0likes0CommentsI have horrible ping on my servers
I'm Australian and I'm playing on my own servers, the one thats closest to me makes me sit on about 300 ping while the second closest makes me sit on 900 to 1000 ping, but I play on ap-northeast-1 and I get 200 to 300 ping. I've tried making sure my fps is set to 60, my xbox is always on a ethernet connection, the internet has no issues, I'm getting 110mbps download and 20mbps for upload so there's no issues there. I'm only having issues playing apex, I'll rubber band all over the place and freeze mid match I haven't been able to play in over a month so please fix the servers 😩10Views0likes0CommentsGame doesn’t load all data only on my account
