EA has unjustly banned my account.
I have not violated any user agreement. I haven't played this game for several years, and I only recently logged in to play a few matches. Because I wasn't used to the game anymore, I didn't manage to get a single kill in those matches. How can this be used to determine that I violated the user agreement by using unauthorized methods to enhance my gameplay performance? If I'm being banned simply because my poor skills dragged down my teammates and caused them to lose ranking points, that would really upset me. Moreover, I've spent a considerable amount of money on this game in the past. Banning my account for no reason like this makes me very angry. Ive noticed that every time I play apex legends on my account, very so often, I keep getting disconnected to the game. it has nothing to do with my internet and its been going on for awhile to the point where it seems to be getting worse. it doesnt happen when I decided to play on my other account so I came to the conclusion that my account is corrupted and I need the tech team to help me fix this issue pleaseshield icon

When I press tab or go into a deathbox to loot/armor swap, sometimes my game will either stutter/freeze for a really brief moment or completely black screen for like a second before resyncing with the server with a couple red error icons.Switch users - crashing issue workaround
2 years we have been dealing with constant crashing and EA does not seem to care. Our posts go unanswered and we are left out in the cold. While there are not many of us, we nonetheless enjoy the game if it is actually working for us. since EA doesn’t want to support us in any way, I have been playing around with the issue and have discovered a workaround for many of the crashing issues. This deals with the connecting to match interlude where your team is getting formed and the game crashes before character selection. I have been able to determine that the issue stems from the fact that you remain “locked” to the previous game you managed to play. What I mean is, after you complete a game and try to connect to a new game, chances are the game is going to crash. There’s something in the software that is trying to keep you tied to that previous game and there seems to be a lot of difficulty to get you re-synchronized into the new game. To get around this I have found that I have to close the app. Wait five minutes then turn on the game again after the initial splash screen, you should get a code over or a code snake error code. After you get that code, you should be able to log into a new match without crash. Please keep in mind, that this work round does not seem to work on mixtape modes, especially control. The cycling of the different game modes makes it difficult to release yourself from the previous game. I have found this to be successful on pubs, ranked, firing, range, and training, and bot Royale I know it seems rather convoluted, however, this method seems to be the quickest way to get into a new match. Perhaps if someone at EA were to look at this they could identify what the issue is and deploy a patch for the last few months that we get to enjoy this game on this platform. I hope I’ve explained this effectively, and if anyone on the development or support team has any questions, I will do my best to try to clarify. I have been testing this methodology for over a month now with consistent positive results. Its been a reoccurring issue for quite some time now. i play any other mode perfectly fine high fps low ping 0 packet loss. i hop on Ranked and i get 20-80 packet loss making the game stutter and be completely unplayable. I've tried resetting internet. changing DNS. called my isp (all fine on their end). changed servers. i play every other online game just fine ultra settings 0 ping 0 lag but apex Ranked lobbies are just a coin flip will i get a 0 packet loss game or not. And more often then not its always having packet loss. i can already tell is im getting a bad game in the character select screen the packet loss icon appears. Ive scoured the forms and ALOT of people seem to have this issue and no solution or fix had been found or posted. please i like the game but this is slowly making me not want to have anything to do with apex anymore.41Views1like0Comments
