Could not stay in game, jumped to EasyAnticheat error
The problem has been there since Saturday. When launched, the game first stand-by window jitters and not fully loaded. Then, a couple of seconds in, jumps back into the attached cap screen. I researched and tried many things, from verifying files to coding into cmd window, but nothing seems to fix it. Can someone help me tell what caused this, and what the solution is to this? Is it just the internet in my country? Playing on PC, Vietnam server.Issue which is still in the game since 3months +
When I came back to the game one months ago, I stumbled upon this crash message (linked) when being in a random state in a wildcard/ranked/pub games. I tried first of all to change my launch options, autoxec but nothing, then I tried my videosettings.cfg and nothing, I even reverted to old amd drivers and nothing changed. Im tired of this, Im losing half of my games because of these crashes, there is no map specific, my gpu/cpu temperatures are fine, I always play on the lowest settings.Problem with my Nintendo Switch 2.
I need help. I'm having a problem with my Nintendo Switch 2. When I try to play Apex Legends with my usual Switch account, I get the message, "An error has occurred and the software has been terminated." This has been happening for three days. I've tried everything I can think of, like restarting the console, clearing the cache, and removing and reinserting the SD card, but nothing has worked. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution?
Season 29: 1-2 Second Freeze on Kill/Win Events Only on EA App
System: Ryzen 7 9800X3D RX 6700 XT Windows 10 Apex Legends Season 29 Problem: The game freezes for about 1-2 seconds specifically when getting a kill, squad wipe, or winning a match/champion screen. Normal gameplay and movement are smooth. Important: The issue ONLY happens when launching Apex through EA App. The exact same game/account on Steam does NOT have the issue. Additional info: Several players in my community are experiencing the exact same issue after the Season 29 update. Already tried: BIOS update GPU driver update Shader cache reset EA App cache clear Disabling overlays This started after the Season 29 update.
0xc0000005が出てゲームが起動時にクラッシュする
APEX起動時にエラー画面すら出ずにクラッシュします。イベントビューアで確認したところ、0xc0000005が発生。 既にグラフィックドライバの再インストール、OSのクリーンインストールは実施済み。EAヘルプに聞いても分からないの一点張り。memtest86実施したが特にエラーは出ず。BIOSアップデート実施済み。 経緯としてはCPUのアップグレードのみ。 構成 CPU Ryzen7 5700X M/B TUF GAMING B550 RAM DDR4-2666 8*2 GPU RADEON RX7600 プラットフォーム steam この問題が約1ヶ月ほど続いていて全くゲームができなくて困っています。何かアドバイスや解決策があれば教えてください。SUPPORT ERROR CODE: CE-41839-5
I have a theory that the new ANTI CHEAT update is affecting THOUSANDSSSS of players. Many of us have been reporting for weeks that APEX keeps crashing or wont launch at all. I play on PS4 and when trying to open APEX, it closes and shows an error code. I get an error code EVERY TIME. I have reinstalled the game and even waited for the latest update, nothing works. I do not want to lose any of my game data! It sucks that there is no way to login into my APEX account online so I can at least see if my account is perfectly fine; if my packs, coins, heirlooms are untouched. APEX NEEDS TO RESPOND TO THESE ISSUES.Map glitches/ looks terrible
My game is literally unplayable RN. After clicking the update button, the update process starts but remains stuck at 0% for hours. I have already waited for more than 2 hours, but the update has not progressed at all.
