game breaking error - event viewer shows error: 0xC0000035
For the last few seasons of Apex I have noticed everytime I get this error "Session "dfa2c640-651d-488d-a479-2fd7a7ca6e29" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035" in event viewer the game stops running smoothly as normal. It happens in or between matches and is a noticable difference in game. My shots stop registering or everything appears to be laggy etc Steps I've taken: -Googled it but no clear solutions -Tried fresh install of both Windows 10 & 11 (along with sfc /scannow and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth, clean boot, disk clean up / defrag) -Tried a range of Nvidia drivers -I run apex & easy anticheat as admin & with full screen optimisation disabled - installed Apex from both steam & EA app System specs: AMD Ryzen 9 5900x 32GB RAM DDR4 Nvidia 3080 12GB Nvme 1tb gen 4 Internet connection 1gbps download, 150mbps upload, ping on test around 11ms, ping to server between 20ms - 40ms Currently the only way for this to be "fixed" again is to either restart the game or PC. Sometimes if I have restarted the game a few times I have to restart the PC129Views0likes1CommentSevere crashing

I am experiencing significant FPS drops in Apex Legends. Even after reinstalling drivers and performing a clean installation of Windows, the issue persists. I have attached my system information in the provided file and screenshots that confirm the low FPS. Despite having a AMD Radeon RX 6600 and an Intel i3-12100F processor, FPS drops significantly during gameplay, especially on the map, with FPS dropping to as low as 40 FPS, whereas it performs fine in the training area (around 144 FPS). I have already tried: Reinstalling drivers Reinstalling Windows Adjusting game settings and lowering graphical quality However, none of these solutions have resolved the issue. I would appreciate any help or advice on what could be causing these performance drops and how to resolve them.44Views0likes0CommentsApex Legends code :net error
I am getting the "code: net" error in Apex Legends on Xbox. I have tried restarting my router and console, changing DNS, checking NAT type, and even using another account, but the issue still happens. Sometimes the game connects, and sometimes it disconnects randomly. I have been experiencing this problem for about two weeks, and this is not the first time it happens. Please help fix this server connection problem as soon as possible.3Views0likes0CommentsMy account was banned – I only use Revolution 5 Pro controller (No cheats!)
Hello everyone, I’m here because I’m really frustrated about what happened to my account. It got banned even though I never used any cheats, AI tools, or any unfair software. I play Apex Legends using a Revolution 5 Pro professional controller, and I use custom settings that I trained on for a long time: 🔹 4-3 Linear – No Dead Zone 🔹 Response Curve (custom – built for the controller) These settings make my movement and aim faster, but they’re completely normal and available in the game, and many pro players use similar ones. Maybe my gameplay looked suspicious — but it’s simply practice + a high-end controller, nothing more. I already contacted support several times, but I was rejected without any clear reason. That’s why I’m posting here, hoping for a fair review. I respectfully request: A manual review of my gameplay / account logs Confirmation that I only use the Revolution 5 Pro controller with custom settings Removing the ban if no illegal tools are found Apex Legends is my favorite game, and I’ve dedicated time and passion into it. Getting banned without a real reason is discouraging — I just want a chance to prove my innocence. Thank you for reading, EA ID: Scar_sva1 Controller: Revolution 5 Pro Settings: 4-3 Linear / No Dead Zone + Custom Response Curve46Views0likes2CommentsThe game crashes after 20-30 minutes
I'm having problems with this update. After playing a few matches, the game crashes and then it directly freezes my entire PC, and the only solution is to force a shutdown. The game worked fine before, and the problem started a few days ago. I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but it's not my PC, as I've tried other even more demanding games and they haven't given me any trouble. I was forced to format my PC because I thought I had a virus, and the problem still persists. Please helpRandom Freezing
I don't expect anyone who works with EA to help because of how bad their company is, but I'm hoping someone else may have had a similar issue and knew a fix Every couple of games my game will randomly freeze and show packet loss as well as other connection issues in red until I am kicked out of the game. I know that it is not an issue with my internet as I can watch a video as this is happening and the video will continue to play stably without freezing. I then try to rejoin the game in which it says that the match has concluded and I receive a 10 minute ban for something out of my control and not of my own fault. I've tried verifying the game files on Steam, as well as installing the latest graphics drivers, but none of these have given me a solution. Does anyone know how to fix this?119Views1like6CommentsHigh CPU usage by "system" process while playing Apex Legends.
The "System" process constantly loads the CPU while playing, causing performance issues. It takes up 6-25% of the CPU all the time. I've searched for information and tried various solutions, but nothing has helped. I haven't been able to play the game for a month because of this issue, and many others have too. I've tried reinstalling Windows, trying different Windows builds from Windows 11 23H3 to 25H2. I've also tried reinstalling drivers to newer/older versions, including the network card drivers, the video card driver, and the sound driver, but none of this has solved the problem.16Views0likes0CommentsApex Legends crashing my network adaptor
Let me start with my situation. I very recently, yesterday, just got my new pc setup, everything runs perfectly, until it runs Apex. Everything is normal with any other online games im running, but when I launch Apex and load into the lobby, things will freeze up in around 30-40 seconds and dissconnects my wifi entirely. I found out that Apex is crashing my network adaptor whenever I load into the main lobby of the game, and it will not properly reset until I fully quit the game all together. I am 100% certin that this is a issue with Apex becuase every other game works just fine, I also run other games with easy anti cheat and thoes games work fine too. Ive tried many thing in atempt to fix this: uninstalling and reinstalling the game(steam) - did not work repairing the game(steam) - did not work changing to a different platform(EA app) - did not work repairing the game again (EA app) - did not work trounbleshoot net work adapter - did not work updating net work adapter folder - did not work uninstalling and reinstalling network adapter - did not work network reset - did not work changing the power management setting on network adapter - did not work I've played apex since season 3, the game just gets worse and worse. After quitting apex for a while and taking a year off from gaming all together I just want revisit the game I loved so much before, and I am again disspointed the game. If anyone has run into similar issues and have fixed it, please please get back to me for I have searched every possible fix and related topics and nothing has worked.201Views3likes4Comments
