Apex is freezing my pc when i start the game.
I start the game, and as soon as the initialiazing is at 100%, my PC is freezing, 10 out of 10 times. i play on steam on a 12400k with a 2060 and 48 gigs of ddr5 ram, i tried verifying the game integrity, did not found anything, i completly cleard the temp files on windows, still no effect. I'm looking for a sollution.
Game File Issue (EA's problem)
Hey, just to let you know, I have played this game for around 5 years, and I have noticed this issue for long, which whenever you have an update, you game just turn to be the winner of Worst Game of the Year. This time is the problem with integrity file, where I suddenly got disconnected in the middle of the game and got this error and I got 10 minutes penalty for this in my rank game. If you dont plan to make sure the files of the game can run smoothly, please don't launch the game and keep it in maintenance status, and the penalty makes it look like its my fault.
Dx12 Still having problems and low fps issues recently
Apex Keeps having wide issues with DX12 and I'm fed up of it with higher latency, low fps and laggy and choppy gameplay the fps recently has drop significantly to the point I'm under 200 fps when playing at 240fps with a 240hz monitor its around 160 to 180 making my gameplay unsmooth and sluggish which I had no problems with when using DX11 but DX12 needs to be looked into more since its not using my hardware properly and efficiently as it should be like DX11 this was never a problem with DX12 a couple months back it had the same performance outcome as DX11 but ever since after split 1 of season 22 DX12 has never been the same for me when split 2 came around thats when the problems started to occur then with the removal of DX11 its just been so frustrating playing this game with the multiple issues ive had I would like you guys to be able to add DX11 back for people who want to use it like Fortnite because they allow players to choose what's best for their system but call it legacy DX11 or something like that showing that your not updating it anymore System Specs Intel 13700k Msi Gaming x trio 4070 32GB Corsair vengeance ddr5 6000mhz 16x2 750watts power supply Samsung evo 990 2tb Please look into this issues and I would like help with my game to fix this issue ):
Server connection is just not stable
I’ve been playing all day today and it’s been constantly 200-300 ping with large spikes in packet loss. It’s been like that all day today and some of last week since I didn’t play all weekend. I’ve ruled out my ISP, and PC hardware. Router and such too. I even got a new network switch just in case. The servers right now are just not stable and hotelier feels like just a constant DDOS attach is happening. I shouldn’t have 300+ ping on my home servers.Game crashes - storm point map
The game completely freezes then crashes when loading into a match on the storm point map. I am able to select a character but as soon as the transition happens to load onto the jumpship the game freezes and unable to respond to button commands. After a minute it crashes and blue screens. If I am lucky I am able to relaunch the game and rejoin the match but most times the team has been wiped or find my team mates have also had the same issue. It seems this only effects ps4 as my friend who has ps5 does not experience this issue.
wildcard is unplayable
everytime i play wildcard it makes my whole pc freeze every 20 seconds and my ping jumps to 400 my pc or wifi arent the problem when ping is perfect in other gamemodes and games and my pc can run more demanding games at max graphics its been like that since wildcard came out and support keeps ignoring me and when they answer they tell reply with that same ai **bleep** "make a post on forums to see if others have that same issue" to never do anything about it 👍
Account suspension due to unauthorized access
My account was suspended on August 22nd due to unauthorized access. When I checked the EA data, there was a login from an unknown IP address. I submitted the data to the Tos team and filed an appeal, but they said it wouldn't be overturned since I've already done this three times. I've been playing Apex since launch day. This is an important account to me, so please lift the suspension. Please help me.Apex Legends stuck on loading screen after reinstall (Steam/PC)
Hello, after reinstalling Apex Legends on Steam, the game gets stuck on the red loading screen (the one showing “Confrontation”) and never proceeds to the main menu. I already tried: Verified and repaired game files Cleared cache and reinstalled Ran the game as administrator Updated GPU drivers Disabled overlays (Steam, Discord, etc.) and antivirus The game still freezes on the same loading screen with no error message. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
