Can not enter Ranked
We’ve been experiencing a major server outage since April 2, and since then, I’ve been unable to play Ranked Matches. I’ve contacted EA multiple times and done everything I can, but the issue remains unresolved. I got banned permanently in apex on April 1st while playing ranked with a friend on worlds edge I have never cheated in any game ever and despise people who do. I have nothing downloaded on my computer that should trigger a ban the only thing ive done recently to my computer was wipe my drivers and reinstall them trying to fix a bug that would crash my game whenever storm point was in rotation because my AMD gpu is a little older. I appealed the ban and got denied by the automated bot so before i use my 2 other appeal attempts i wanted to see if i could get a real person or dev or something non robotic to help me I can give any proof that is asked for i tried downloading my EA data to see my logs to take screenshots of anything to help but it doesn't seem to be working as its been downloading for about a day now. I really dont want to lose my account and i really want to play apex with my friends as were all getting back into the game. Playing on PC with a wired connection, I am experiencing 50-70% packet loss on US-East servers in most matches I enter. I've tested my own connection and both local network and internet pinging resulted in 0% loss. I've tried Wifi and ethernet connections, it does not make much of a difference. This has not happened in the 6-7 years I've played the game, and only recently started. It is occurring in over half the games I play. Aside from testing my connection, I've checked for network driver updates, reduced graphic settings, etc. But none of that made a difference, because they're not the root cause. I am stuck in queue, i have restart the game, verified files. my connection to the server is fine and i have fiber internet. The issue is it will put me in queue, and then as soon as it hits like 40+ players it drops back down to like 15 without sticking me in a game creating unranked trio queue times of over 5+ minutes in EU servers at peak times. Been playing apex on steam for several years, hundreds of dollars put into the game. MANY RECEIPTS IN MY EMAIL AS PROOF READY TO PROVIDE. Stopped playing for a while, and now when I try playing again my account is wiped to level 1 brand new. No champs, no skins, NOTHING. I did not get a ban. Why did this happen and how do I get it fixed!?Un-expected lag (symbols) followed by freezing before getting kicked.
I am currently experiencing issues when every so often, maybe every few games or so. I receive latency symbols, followed by becoming frozen before getting kicked from the game. It also comes in the form of my account saying I am ineligible to play or to check my internet connection etc in the menu. This is very confusing as I have great connection, and have even tried switching region connection, running as admin, checking internet speeds etc, and I just cant seem to fix the issue. I was interested to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issues and maybe it is on EA's end. Again EA please get back to me as this issue makes it very difficult to enjoy the game and even play games as an overall expectation. Hi, I’m trying again in a more structured way, as I want to make sure my situation is clearly understood. My account was confirmed as compromised, and EA assisted in recovering it. This means a third party had access and control during a specific period. However, the activity from that same period is still being attributed to me. I’m not disputing that the activity occurred — I’m asking how activity during a confirmed compromise is being evaluated and attributed to the account owner. If possible, I would really appreciate a clarification on how the timeline of unauthorized access is being considered in relation to the flagged activity. I’m simply asking for a proper review of this specific point. Thank you.
