Apex Legends PC – Cannot Connect to EA Servers / EAC Trust Token Issue
Platform: PC (Steam) Issue: I am unable to connect to EA servers in Apex Legends on PC. Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) fails to authenticate, preventing the game from launching properly. This issue occurs across multiple PCs and Windows user accounts, so it is not a local PC problem. Steps already taken: Reinstalled Apex Legends via Steam and EA App. Repaired Easy Anti-Cheat using the EAC setup tool. Tested on multiple Windows accounts. Tested on a second PC. Cleared EA App cache. Disabled Steam Input and unplugged controller. Reset networking using netsh int ip reset, netsh winsock reset, ipconfig /flushdns. Disabled IPv6. Synchronized Windows time. Checked Windows services: Cryptographic Services, Windows Event Log, Windows Defender Firewall, Base Filtering Engine, Security Accounts Manager — all running and automatic. Verified drivers; nothing relevant loaded. Turned off TPM and BitLocker. Ran SFC and DISM scans — no integrity issues. Attempted clean boot and multiple network configurations. Observations: Issue occurs on multiple PCs using the same EA account. Controllers previously worked fine; sudden failure points to a corrupted EAC/EOS trust token. All local troubleshooting does not resolve the problem. EA support confirmed that a manual reset of EAC/EOS trust tokens is required but cannot be performed without a formal escalation. Request: I am posting here to request that the Anti-Cheat/EOS internal team review my account and perform a manual reset of the Easy Anti-Cheat/Epic Online Services trust token. This issue cannot be resolved by client-side troubleshooting. Attachments: Screenshot of EAC/EA server connection failure. Logs if requested. Summary: This is an account-specific EAC/EOS trust token failure. All client-side troubleshooting has been completed, and the issue persists. Only a manual internal reset by EA’s Anti-Cheat/Trust Engineering team can resolve this.Battle pass gone missing when purchasing through Steam
I’ve already submitted a support case, but I wanted to voice just how incredibly frustrating this experience has been. I purchased the Ultimate Edition through Steam, which is supposed to include the Battle Pass, and while it worked briefly on the first day, it has since completely disappeared. According to support, the Battle Pass is registered to my account, but no one can explain why it’s not showing up in-game. I’ve been told it may be a server-side issue, but no real progress has been made. I completely understand that technical problems can happen and sometimes need time to resolve. However, it’s now been almost a week since my purchase, and I still can’t access the content I paid extra for. What’s worse is that I’ve been told there’s no way to compensate for the time I haven’t had access to the Battle Pass. To be fair, I only raised the issue today because I was following the original advice to wait 24 hours. Life also got busy, and I found the website pretty confusing to navigate it took me a while to find the live chat. When I finally did, I waited nearly 3 hours only to be told there's nothing they can do at this point. I’ve attached a screenshot of both my Steam purchase and in-game display to show that I do in fact own the Ultimate Edition, but the Battle Pass is missing. If anyone has experienced this issue or can offer a solution, I’d be extremely grateful. Right now, it feels like I’ve paid for something I can’t use and that’s not okay.Solved67Views0likes5Commentsusing steam wallet on apex

Hello, I am a user from South Korea who plays Apex Legends. One day, when I tried to log into Steam to launch the game, I discovered that my Steam account had been hacked by someone from China. That person used cheats while playing on my account, which resulted in my account being banned, and also spent all of the Apex in-game currency I had before leaving. I attempted to submit an appeal regarding this issue through the EA website. However, whenever I try to file an appeal, I repeatedly receive a message saying “Case cannot be created.” This issue has persisted for several days, and even for several months, with no change—the case is never created. As a result, I have two questions: Is it possible to have the ban on my account reviewed and lifted? Does the EA Help Center not provide support in South Korea, or does the message “Case cannot be created” appear for all users? I sincerely look forward to your response.Heirloom shards
So i've just got my apex account back from being hacked. And the person that hacked my account used up my 150 heirloom shards and 40 out of the 50 exotic shards i had on an heirloom that i didn't want. I had been saving up for weeks so i could get the dual katanas when they came to the crafting shop and now i can't. Is there any way that EA can refund the heirloom and exotic shards?Solved57Views0likes2CommentsCan you gift the Simulated Star Rev skin?

Hello, I am creating this report to detail a severe performance regression introduced with the Season 27 update. My game has gone from running perfectly to being nearly unplayable due to massive FPS drops. I attached a video explain the problem. The Problem: Before Season 27: Stable 144 FPS in all scenarios. After Season 27: Before jump from plane: 30-40 FPS In-Game Fights: 80-90 FPS with stutters Key Finding: Monitoring shows a severe CPU bottleneck. My CPU usage is consistently at 80-100% while my GPU usage is significantly lower (around 30-50%). This imbalance is the direct cause of the FPS drops and did not exist before the update. My System Specifications: Operating System: Windows 10 Pro CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F GPU: [Your Exact GPU Model, e.g., NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti] RAM: 16 GB Storage: SSD GPU Driver Version: 552.44 Exhaustive Troubleshooting Performed: I have performed every conceivable troubleshooting step to rule out my own hardware and software. This includes: Complete Game Reinstalls: Tried on both Steam and the EA App with no difference. Clean GPU Driver Installation: Used DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in Safe Mode to perform a clean install of the latest NVIDIA drivers. BIOS Update: Updated my motherboard BIOS to the latest version. In-Game Settings: Tested every possible setting combination from all Low to my original competitive settings. Windows and NVIDIA Optimizations: Adjusted power plans, NVIDIA Control Panel settings, disabled full-screen optimizations, etc. Cache Clearing: Cleared NVIDIA shader cache and the in-game shader cache. Background Processes: Ensured no conflicting background applications were running. Network Diagnostics: (My previously high ping issue resolved itself, confirming server-side problems). Conclusion: The fact that this issue: Started exactly with the Season 27 update. Persists across different game clients (Steam and EA App). Survives a complete driver and OS-level cleansing (DDU). Manifests as a new, severe CPU bottleneck... ...proves conclusively that this is a game-side optimization bug introduced in Season 27. I urge the development team to investigate the increased CPU overhead in the game's engine. This is not an isolated incident but a widespread problem affecting many players with similar hardware. Thank you for your time and attention.Solved3.9KViews10likes63Commentsapex is crashing my pc!
My entire pc crashes when playing apex or simply being in the lobby. I've tried trouble shooting, restarting my pc/resetting my pc, task manager options, capping fps, ingame settings, running as admin, undervolting graphics card, fixing corrupt files, moving apex into a different drive, BIOS related, checked if my security deleted anything etc, driver updates etc. Apex is just unplayable for me :((232Views1like15CommentsBUG REPORT – EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys Kernel Scan Loop
Game Apex Legends Anti-Cheat Easy Anti-Cheat (EOS) Platform Windows 10 22H2 (same behavior previously observed on Windows 11) Issue persists even after clean OS installation Problem Description While Apex Legends is running, the kernel driver easyanticheat_eos.sys performs continuous scanning without stopping. This causes persistent high CPU usage through kernel components such as: ntoskrnl.exe Wdf01000.sys occasionally dxgkrnl.sys CPU usage immediately returns to normal as soon as the game is closed.
