Does your Switch username contain any special characters?
If so, can you try changing your Switch username temporarily to remove special characters before following these steps to try linking the accounts again?
You should be able to change your username again afterwards if that's the case, but if you have special characters in your name it's likely that is preventing the initial link from taking place here.

it just pops up with an error code and sends me to a page to reset my password and I have so five times now and it still does nothing, it works fine on my xbox but I want to play it on the new ps5 and I can't get it to load into the game at all. Any ideas??

No special characters for me and I’m still being asked to reset password or get error 102122 on my PS5. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and still nothing.

I've gotten this error code from a loop of wanting me to upgrade to a teen acc on my switch, I don't have any special characters either, my switch name is just Lord X

Yo ese error lo tengo desde el 2020, nunca pude solucionar mejor hice otra cuenta y hoy 3 años después volví para intentar solucionar y nada sigue pidiendo los mismos pasos y no soluciona nada. Ojalá haya solución 😪

@EA_Mako A whole thread of this, here alone (not to mention everywhere else on the web), and nobody can answer, address and or fix this issue?
Great. A game we cant play because of a known issue not even being addressed wont exactly help EA ratings or image.
For the record, Ive been trying to get through this issue myself for a 6 months now after transitioning to PS5 from PC. 102122. Error and a request to reset/change my account details. I do that and try again. Oh, no, my details are expired on the first use! Wow.

I just got apex I go in it has the parent consent and stuff so I hit start verification and it always goes to the error 102122 i hit retry and here we are again
oh and I can’t view the privacy/cookie policy

I am on Xbox but I just downloaded the game to play with friends. It loads up and says that I need to change my password because “it’s been awhile”. Scan QR code and change password. It stays on that screen and does nothing. Press A and then I get the error code. I have restarted the game and restarted my Xbox and just stuck in a loop of change password/error code 🤦🏻♀️
it seems this is an issue all over for people but I haven’t seen anything about how to fix it 🤷🏻♀️
