How can I fix errors code 102122 on apex when link accounts

I’ve used this switch for the past year and now that I need to link my accounts, it’s not letting me and now I can’t play and this has been going on for awhile. It’s annoying and I just want to play ...

it just pops up with an error code and sends me to a page to reset my password and I have so five times now and it still does nothing, it works fine on my xbox but I want to play it on the new ps5 and I can't get it to load into the game at all. Any ideas??
