This is just awful support.
Evidently I created an EA account at some point over the last 20 years. I do not know what email address was used. I do have this account, which I guess is not used.
My account is "invalid" as of yesterday. EA support at facebook couldn't help. Contacting support at EA doesnt work with 4 separate browsers because their site is crummy. Ive had to re-enter field information 15 times for it to fail.
After persistent trying over hours I managed to get through to chat. They need me to verify information of an account, including address and phone number, but wont tell you when the account was created. Meaning I need to verify 1 of 15 addresses Ive had, a phone number, and who knows what DOB I gave for an account I created whenever which I probably blew through the account setup to play some crap demo and forgot all about.
Meanwhile, Ive given them all my actual info. They see that I do have an account, a valid verifiable PSN connected to it, and the required information is right in front of them, but they refuse to assist for "security purposes".
Is there anyway to find out what EA account email address being linked with my PSN and automatically signing into EA games, through PSN or on playstation? EA support is aggravatingly useless. If I could just find out what email address is being used for EA automatically with my PSN, I could fix this with EA's terrible support. I'm contact Sony now for assistance.
*update I sat in a sony support queue of 350 for them to connect, explain that they couldn't assist, to contact useless EA support, then they disconnected the chat before I could finish reading what they said.
