HOW DO YOU ENABLE CRASH LOGS THROUGH STEAM?

I crash every other game. No apex_crash.txt file is being created at all. The only solutions I've seen is enable it through Origin, but I'm playing through Steam.

Please, PLEASE. I need to know how to enable crash logs.
