How does the Banning work?
If I had cheated a long time ago , got Hardware/IP banned. And was able to play again on new account after awhile(My guess is EA un-HW/IP banned me, My cheating account is surely permanently banned.)...

EA will never reveal exactly how the banning process works. However, they use easy anti-cheat so it runs an AI that detects cheating and then it flags that account and IP address. The account then is locked and investigated and if proof of cheating exists that account it then wiped and the IP is stored. So when you come back your IP is recognized by the system as a possible cheater, and watched closely for any reports or any cheats used. It also notifies EA that this IP is active again using another account. So maybe they're investigating your account right now to see if there is any cheating evidence on it. Still, its in their full discretion to just be like "Hmmm this IP was used to cheat in the past so we're just going to get rid of this account so it doesn't happen again. Not taking any chances here."
So, they could be investigating it or they just said nope. No sneaking back in to cheat again. Bye bye.
But like I have been playing without cheat on this account all the way to Lv77, Why ban me now? Anyway , I had file a case to them , and hopfully I will get unban. Thanks for your reply.

Yeah, I'm sorry I don't have more information to share on your ban. The appeal asks Terms of Service to look into the ban and overturn it if it's mistakenly placed. They'll reach out to you through the email address: noreply@ea.com once they've thoroughly checked it out.

This feels like an auto reply. If they actually "fully investigate",They would know I didn't cheat. And back when I was cheating, I did lied and send an email saying i didn't cheat. And this is the same exact reply I got. This time I am telling the truth , didn't cheat. Still same reply

How can I get a real person to investigate for me? I just check yesterday , on S7, my pass lv is 50 , on S8, its 90. I played a lot matches without cheating. I want an answer, Why did I get ban now? What is the proof that I cheated?
I created this account, on January 2,2021.
Been playing the whole time no cheat.
after 5 months, Got banned.
I don't really know what to do now, can i even play apex ever again?
