I got a ban but there is no info about it
I recently got banned but there is no emails about it and when i look at "ban history" there is only one ban for harrasment with no info about it except for a date for july of 2022 which is about 8 months ago which i also didnt know about it.
I was recently stuck in a bot lobby in mix tape which i couldnt leave and i had to kill a single bot 31 times to get out of that match !!
Could that trigger some kind of a ban ? Please help me understand what kind of ban i have. Also i have never recieved a ban email ever. I dont want to lose my account over something i have no control over after grinding 3 years fo an heirloom. How can i get unbanned?

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times.It may also take some time for a response.
