Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

i got banned from apex legends. last played july 10 2026, when i opened on july 12 2026 i got banned for no reason. when i see the my cases on website EA, EA make cases and banned me that time when i log in to apex legends. can anyone tell me how to fix this? i already appeal on july 12 but still no respond from them. i'm not using cheat, third party devices, script, etc. i just played since season 4 on and off. please help and fix this. Thankyou guys!

You should have gotten an email from our terms of service team with some more information on your ban. If you've already reached out, that's good! Note that it can take a few days for them to get back to you. I can only ask that for patience while they work.
