Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

I got banned while playing Apex Legends about 2 weeks ago. I was just playing as normal, not cheating or doing anything wrong. Out of nowhere I get banned. Of course because I'm just playing the game legitimately, I'm pretty confused. I tried to get my (permanent) ban  for "Gameplay Enhancement" appealed. I send some photos and good structured text to explain and prove that I'm not cheating.

Every time I submit an appeal I get the same automated answer email saying that the ban is indeed correctly applied, no matter what I put in the message. I'm convinced that an algorithm or sm just runs again and comes to this conclusion. No actual human employee has looked at my case. 

I have asked what exactly I did wrong since "cheating" includes a lot of different things. But have gotten no answer to this question, again only the automated response email. The only thing I think could have warranted a ban was that I accidentally used some bug without knowing (I'm not  aware of any exploits or bugs and especially not how to use them). But I can never know for sure.

So I turn to these forums in the hope that I can get into contact with an actual human about this because I would really like my account back, It's the same account I had since when the game first released.
