I've seen this multiple times. This is guidelines to the tournaments. Not how to get one up and running

    @ARC_OnlyConnor  When you have read and accepted the guidelines and understand it all.
    Then head over and send a request to the email in the end of the link i sent and request so you can host a tournament of your own.
