I redeemed a Xbox Apex Coins gift card but never got my coins?

I bought a Apex Coin gift card and redeemed it, and I have been waiting for a while and still haven't gotten my coins? It said I redeemed it on the Xbox site, but I haven't gotten them. My Xbox gamertag is MagicCrows.

    For help with gift cards not granting the content they are supposed to, you'll need to contact the retailer the card was purchased from. Unfortunately, this isn't something we can help with.
