Incorrectly deducted 1000 apex coins purchasing voidwalker pack for 100 coins

Hello, 3 days ago I was purchasing a voidwalker pack from the store which was discounted to 100 from 1000 coins. The game took out 1000 coins instead. I am missing 900 coins now. I am currently at 1150 coins and should have 2050. Please help. This was on Xbox series x.Though I checked on my ps5 and it is the same. This is on my ea apex account side. I'm at a loss as this is money taken from me.I tried submitting a case and was just told to contact chat. Chat told me they can't help and to contact the forums for a community manager. This is ridiculous. Please help me get my money back.
