I am on Xbox, not PC. I have power cycled and done all of that. The issue still persists. Ever since the issue back in the summer when Xbox first got the input lag, it’s always been an issue. The “fix” made it 85% better, but not completely.
Sorry about that. Is the firmware up to date? Also, are you using the HDMI cable that came with your Series X?
Something else to check is to see if Dolby Vision for Gaming is disabled. This is in your Xbox Settings > General > TV & display options > Video modes > Dolby Vision for gaming. This should NOT be enabled.

I use the same HDMI cable, yes. Also, I found a couple more recent posts where people are having input lag issues. I’ll link them below.
This incident is isolated to Apex only. I downloaded the Modern Warfare 2 beta this weekend and I was shocked at how much more responsive that game felt.
Updating the firmware actually makes the input lag worse. (Elite Series 2).
If there was ANY way for us next gen folks to download the Xbox one version of the game, that would be incredible. So many of these issues seem to have started when this “next gun” update dropped.

I'm not aware of any issues currently causing this. We can keep going through troubleshooting if you like. Just let me know. Thanks!

This is a weird response. I’ve shown you multiple posts including a YouTube video that describes the problem. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can, this is a problem on your guys end.
no other game produces this much input lag. Please bring this up with the team internally so someone can look into it rather than a bandaid solution by troubleshooting.
