Issue with Matchmaking in Certain Game Modes

I am from China, and I used translation for this part, so some expressions may not be very accurate.

I can log into the game normally, but whenever I try to play modes like Trios or Armed and Dangerous, I am unable to find other teammates. The matchmaking process gets stuck, and it keeps showing "1 player in queue." When I queue up with friends, it shows "3 players in queue." I have tried logging in on two different computers, and the issue persists on both. However, when I log into my friend's account on these same computers, the matchmaking works fine. I also created a new account, and it works normally. The issue only occurs with my own account.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
