Community ManagerThanks for those details. One of the biggest reasons for disconnects and lag is using a wireless connection. I can't stress enough how much better using a wire normally is. If your router is within reach of a wire, I highly recommend getting on. I've stretched ethernet cords 30 feet just to avoid playing on wireless. Another option, but more expensive, is using a powerline adaptor.
I'd like you to check the network settings screen on your console. Let me know what it says for the NAT type.
