Lag When Fighting, Every Game

I have been getting tons of lag since Genesis, now it's gotten really bad because I can't even go into a fight without huge freezes and really constant lag. I have done so many things and nothing fix...

I have new information. My pc can run Apex Legends at minimum and mostly recommended EXCEPT for VRAM. Also it take 100% memory to run Apex (2,175 Approx). The servers said they were good I presume but the game still lagged with 100% Prediction Error

I am trying to downgrade my driver to a optimized Apex one. I will share once I have results

Edit: I downloaded a driver that helps with Apex Legends. The lag still happens from servers but it is hugely reduced, and I even got kill leader.
