Lag When Fighting, Every Game

I have been getting tons of lag since Genesis, now it's gotten really bad because I can't even go into a fight without huge freezes and really constant lag. I have done so many things and nothing fix...

@Federal_Seeker 

Can you run this test again? You didn't send 100 packets so when you run it again, make sure that happens. Also, are you running this test on a wireless connection? It looks that way. If you are, make sure it's run on a PC with a wired connection since that is what you play on. Thanks!
