Lag/stuttering after latest patch - anyone having same issue?

After the latest update ( new Loba heirloom ) my game keeps stuttering / lagging but very heavily to the point where the game is not playable. Never had this kind of lags before so it is not my PC, b...

I hope they fixed this issue because I'm this close to quit this game. I already suck at it when it's not lagging, imagine playing while being 1 or 2 second behind everyone 😞

FYI, I just replaced my old router and even increased the bandwidth to 100mbps from 80 to see if it helps. But none worked. Constant lag and rubberbanding. I switched to all the asian servers I could and Taiwan seems to be working (when it's working) the best for now. Like on the lucky days, 1 out of 5 matches will run with little to no lag.

@Hit0rMiss00 exactly the same , being 1 or 2 seconds behind everyone else .
in arenas I timed how much behind I was, when you come put of the base .... 0.9 seconds .
In a case range gun fight that is terrible
