Language error (please help) :(

After the Fight Night event update me and my friend had the issue where we couldn't open the game with the error code: (shown in image)  . I know this issue relates to me changing my voices language as I had my HUD in English and my audio In Korean. A way I was able to somewhat fix this issue was by changing my whole game to Korean which makes the game playable but Im not able to understand anything such as challenges and event related challenges. I have attempted reinstalling apex, Verifying game files, and deleting everything related to Korean and deleting everything manually related to apex but it still wont let me change my language to English.
